PA process and documentation submission is done through CoverMyMeds™ (CMM). What if the office does not use CMM? Any alternate methods?

From our experience, most offices are familiar with CoverMyMeds™ (CMM) and have used it in some capacity, so we anticipate this will be a rare occurrence. In the chance the office does not use CMM, they can fill out the PA on paper and fax it to the specific payer. If the office notifies us in advance, Phil can generate the questions and fax this along with the payer specific PA fax number. If you have a practice that prefers the fax approach, please contact us and we can work with them to ensure a smooth process.
