In what timeframe will Phil contact the patient?
Patients are contacted by Phil within minutes of the prescriber writing the script, via SMS/text message to start the enrollment process. This enrollment process only takes 1-2 minutes to complete. Once they have enrolled, patients have the choice of email or SMS for most common notifications, or both. Additionally, when warranted, Phil may occasionally complete outreach by phone to ensure a smooth patient experience. If a patient has not enrolled via text message, Phil will contact them by phone.
