Does the patient text program provide any additional services besides enrollment? IE - adherence, reminders, tips, etc.

Our patients receive a substantial set of support communications (through text, email, and calls) throughout the entire prescription journey, including status updates (e.g., PA required, timeline to fill), copay approval, delivery tracking, refill reminders, issue/inquiry support, and any drug-specific adherence communications (e.g., tips) as agreed upon in the business rules with manufacturer.
