Will the provider get any notification that Rx has been successfully filled?

The provider’s office will receive PhilRx’s HCP Summary Fax each Monday and Thursday morning that will provide information on all of their patients they have sent to PhilRx, including those that have been successfully filled/shipped. Additionally, the MD can sign up for Phil’s HCP Portal where they would be able to login and see in real time the status of their patients’ scripts. However, we recommend the HCP Portal only for those practices that have utilized PhilRx for at least a few patients.
