When will PhilRx contact the office about a patient who does respond to our messages?

If the patient is not responsive, we will notate in the weekly summary fax to the office that the patient has yet to enroll. Additionally, if we are contacting the office for other reasons, we will mention on the call that the patient has yet to enroll. We can also adjust this cadence/format to inform offices via a phone call if the patient is unresponsive.
