What is the SOP for patients not opening or responding to the text messages? Will PhilRX call the patient?

After the script is received from the HCP, the patient will receive a text message from Phil within minutes. If the patient does not respond, our outreaches to the patient are as follows, with the enrollment call initiated by one of our Patient Support representatives. 

a. 1st Attempt: Day 0 – SMS (described above)

b. 2nd Attempt: Day 1 – SMS reminder, Enrollment call & voicemail

c. 3rd Attempt: Day 2 – SMS reminder & Enrollment call

d. 4th Attempt: Day 3 – SMS reminder & Enrollment call

e. 5th Attempt: Day 4 – SMS reminder & Enrollment call

f. Final Attempt: Day 5 – Enrollment call & voicemail
