What if the patient does not want text nor emails and only wants to communicate via Phone? How does the provider initiate this action?

The provider can indicate on the script under the "notes to pharmacist" section that the patient prefers phone calls. When we receive the prescription, our patient support team will call the patient to assist with the enrollment process. While we’re happy to do this, we encourage enrolling over text - it is vastly more convenient and time-saving for the patient.
