What happens if a patient does not want to receive text and not share their number? What is the phone number on file is a landline and not a mobile number ?

Across 40+ manufacturer programs we have a 90%+ enrollment rate through mobile devices, including over 83% enrollment rate for the 65+ age group.

However, if a patient does not want to use their mobile phone to enroll, they have two options:

  1. Ask the HCP to put their email address in the ‘Notes to Pharmacist’ section when sending the eRx to PhilRx

  2. Provide their landline number to the HCP, so that the HCP may note it similarly; PhilRx will call the patient on their landline to enroll them

If the HCP sent us an eRx with the patient’s landline, our software will detect that it is not a mobile number and our call-center will call the patient to process their Rx.

Note: the single biggest contributor to low enrollment rate is because the HCP has not been educated to hand the patient the  tear-off sheet showing what to expect.
