If a patient has challenges receiving mail, is there another means to receive their prescription?

When we message the patient with their copay, the patient will have the option to select a local pickup. If the patient selects this option, they can provide us with the information of their preferred local pharmacy and we will transfer the prescription to the patient’s preferred pharmacy. Please note that once the prescription is transferred to a pharmacy that is not partnered with Phil, we are unable to provide any further information regarding the prescription.
