How long does it take for an order to process?
If the Rx is fully covered during the initial eBV, most orders (~90%) will ship the same day from Phil’s partner pharmacy. The first fill should reach the patient in 3-6 days of being prescribed, depending on shipping method and location.
In cases where a PA is required, the patient will typically receive the medication in 7-14 days. These timeframes may extend in the case that a patient, HCP, or insurer is slow to provide info to Phil, but Phil will follow up regularly to move Rx’s along in the process. Refills will be initiated in Phil’s process and shipped to patients in a timely manner to ensure full continuity of therapy.
