How does PhilRx help manage step therapy that requires a specific duration? Will PhilRx follow up with patients after 2 months of the step therapy? Will they fill the step therapy?
We are able to intake any script prescribed to PhilRx and provide a streamlined patient experience. We’re happy to have our pharmacy network fulfill these scripts, but do note that with liquid medication in glass containers, there is some risk that the product may break during shipping. To eliminate this risk, we can also transfer the script (after ensuring the patient has no remaining barriers to access) to their local pharmacy of choice for fulfillment. Let us know which option you prefer.
All program prescriptions can be re-activated (by patient or HCP) at the appropriate time after step therapy has been completed to restart processing.
