The most convenient way for patients to initiate support requests is through their My.Phil account (website: my.phil.us). Patients can also call 1-855-977-0975 (Option 3) to speak with a Phil Patient Support Representative. Phone lines are open between 9am-9pm EST Monday through Friday and 9am-5pm EST on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.
