No need to. In most instances we will have figured out and pre-populated the shipping address. We ask the patient to confirm the address (or change it to a different address if they choose to). The address can easily be modified on the Phil portal or by contacting Phil support through messaging at http://my.phil.us or calling the Phil support team at 1-855-977-0975 option 3.
