Who is initiating the PA process? Pharmacist? PhilRx? Office?
For any script that requires a PA, PhilRx’s pharmacy team will initiate the PA in CMM, pre-populate all provided information, and share the CMM key to the HCP via fax. The HCP/office is asked to log into the CMM platform with the key provided by PhilRx and hit the “Send to Plan” button.
