When refills are completed, does the patient have to input payment every time? Are credit/debit cards saved? Does the system allow patients to switch credit/debit cards?

No - the patient only needs to enter payment information during the first fill. This information is compliantly saved/charged for future refills. If the patient is eligible for and enrolled in the auto-refill program, charges on refills will occur automatically as long as the copay is the same as they’ve agreed to (any increases in copay require explicit patient approval prior to being charged). Patients may change their credit card/payment information on the Phil patient portal (http://my.phil.us)
