If offices have issues with EMR, is there a service to contact for the help?

As a retail pharmacy, PhilRx is available on most if not all EMRs already. In the off-chance that the office is having trouble locating us in their system, there are several ways to resolve:

  • Refer to the HCP education sheet. The location and NCPDP number of the pharmacy should be listed there. In their EMR system they should select the pharmacy type as retail, and they should try searching for PhilRx, LLC. 

PhilRx can also assist HCPs who are having trouble finding Phil in their EMR and they are encouraged to contact Phil directly at 1-855-977-0975 option 1 so we can assist with troubleshooting. 

In some rare instances, PhilRx may need to be added into the EMR system. To add PhilRx in your EMR, please contact your EMR Customer Service line. Finally, some larger practices may have restrictions imposed on their EMR by their IT department; in this case it is best to work with the IT department to add PhilRx.
