Can PhilRx support patients where English is not their first or preferred language?

Yes, we support over 120 languages. Our welcome SMS messages include a segment in Spanish that allows patients to respond “Espanol” to receive a phone call from PhilRx with a Spanish translator. If your patient does not speak Spanish, the HCP may indicate the patient’s preferred language in the “notes to the pharmacist" section of their prescription and we will use a translator to call the patient to provide enrollment support.
