Can I cancel or pause my prescription?
To Pause Your Prescription:
Log into your account at my.phil.us
Make sure you are on the "RX Prescriptions" section
Click on the green arrow next to the prescription you'd like to manage
Select "More Options"
Click on "Pause". From here, you also have the ability to Unpause, adjust your refill date, or cancel the prescription.
To Cancel Your Prescription:
Log into your account at my.phil.us
Make sure you are on the "RX Prescriptions" section
Click on the green arrow next to the prescription you'd like to manage
Select "More Options"
Click on "Remove This Prescription". From here, you also have the ability to pause, unpause, and change your refill date.
